Larger valves than factory (76mm OD vs 67mm OD) and a larger outlet pipe allow for an increase in exhaust flow. Priority flow is increased to the tip outlet, increasing power and sound when the valves are open. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSOUND: \u003c\/strong\u003eWhen the factory valves open expect a roar from the engine and a very pronounced note from the turbos. With valves closed the factory muffler keeps volume and exhaust note to a reserved level. For full unadulterated turbo sound without the ECU controlling valve functionality automatically we recommend disconnecting the valves, installing a manual valve controller, or upgrading the factory muffler.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCONSTRUCTION:\u003c\/strong\u003e Each cat bypass pipe is made in-house by our fabrication team from mandrel bent .065″ wall, 2.5″ diameter T304L stainless steel tubing, premium valves, laser cut brackets, and hand made outlet pipes.
