DEVELOPMENT: The 718 has ample sound deadening and is further quieted down by the turbocharger making for a mellow cabin experience with both base exhaust and PSE. To some this will not stand, and for them we built an aggressive system designed for aggressive use. Suncoast Parts were looking for a durable system for their track vehicle which experienced a failure with another brand’s exhaust and as such we beefed up our Performance Exhaust to excel on the racetrack. Flex sections in the over axle piping and bespoke mounting brackets for both manual and PDK transmissions promote longevity and reduce NVH. Eliminating the restrictive factory catalytic converter adds to drivability and also unlocks the sweet sounds of the turbo with a major increase in snarling and crackles from the exhaust. Smooth mandrel bent piping ranging from 90mm down to dual 55mm outlets encourages better throttle response and a more exciting exhaust note. Easy to bolt in with no modifications required, this is a great, reversible solution to make your Boxster or Cayman more exciting. The dual piping encourages a smoother, more refined rumble over a single piping conversion for a more distinctly Porsche engine note.
POWER: Verified independent dyno testing at Growler Motor Labs revealed real, repeatable peak gains of 14 whp and 24 ft-lbs of torque with a noticeable improvement in the mid RPM range with just the downpipe alone!
CONSTRUCTION: Each system is made from mandrel bent T304L stainless steel tubing (featuring 2.5″ OD over axle pipes), thick cast flanges, and durable flex sections. Back purged TIG welding ensures proper weld penetration and longevity.
SOUND: During development we were told this is the best sounding 718 exhaust several people have ever heard – and we concur! This exhaust setup offers an impressive level of snarling and crackling heard from some distance! This exhaust forgoes any mufflers and resonators and as such will have in-cabin presence which is sorely missing from the factory setup and with high flow cat downpipe will be on the loud side – be aware this is a very aggressive exhaust setup and will sound and perform as such – perfect for those looking for an invigorating experience but possibly too intrusive for the casual daily driver. If you are looking for an absolutely drone free experience with an aftermarket downpipe, consider our Valved Exhaust.
TIPS: Choose from several different tip styles and finishes. Single wall tips have around a half inch of depth adjustment to allow for the tips to be sunk in to just show the logo at their deepest and pulled out more if desired. Logo customization and custom tip colors are available by request.
BOLT ON AND GO: Each exhaust is rigorously quality-checked, tested in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment, then foam packed to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. New hardware and gaskets are included for the two bolt flanges. Thorough installation instructions are included in the box for a straightforward install that can be performed by most DIY enthusiasts.

All domestic orders will be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the customer’s credit card. In the event that the products need to be shipped to another address, Millaracing will verify the transaction with the customer by requesting a screenshot of our transaction on the customers online banking.
Millaracing strives to ship "In-Stock" orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order. Millaracing does not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. If you need your order by a specific date, it is important to contact us by phone so that we may assist you. All dates provided are based on estimates given by the supplier. Millaracing does not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change. All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Orders will not be shipped from our facility on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by Millaracing will be charged to the customer. Millaracing is not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information. All charges, sales, returns, and exchanges will be calculated in US dollars. Millaracing is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value. International customers are responsible for understanding their country's international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery unless otherwise noted by Millaracing. Millaracing is not responsible for these charges as we have no affiliation with tax systems set forth by international countries. If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, Millaracing will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. Millaracing will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.
Damaged/Missing Items in Shipment - If you've received a damaged product you MUST notify the Customer Service Department (CSD) of the shipping carrier (ex: UPS, FedEx) within twenty-one days to initiate a damaged package claim. It is required that you keep all of the packaging material, box(es) and broken product(s) until the shipping carrier completes the investigation. Failure to report damaged items from an order before forwarding, re-shipping or transferring the shipment to another location will result in immediate claim denial.
If you are missing any products from your order, you MUST notify the CSD within thirty days of receiving the items.
If you fail to report damaged and/or missing items in your shipment within the timeframe outline above, replacement products will not be shipped out under any circumstances. Failure to report missing items from an order before forwarding, re-shipping or transferring the shipment to another location will result in immediate claim denial.
Freight orders are excluded from this policy as it is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm that the goods are in new condition, without damage and that the order is complete before signing for the delivery.
Lost Packages: If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within three days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country's time requirement that has been set forth. FedEx can require from twenty-one to twenty-eight business days from the time the claim is started. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of Millaracing. Millaracing does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.
Millaracing will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.
