Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Millaracing Distribution LLC ("Millaracing", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit millaracing.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or contact us. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Order information. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, and payment information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Account and contact information. What you give us when you create an account, sign up for emails, request a quote, or contact us by email, phone or form, including your vehicle details and the messages you send.
  • Device and usage information. Your IP address, browser type, device, time zone, pages and products you view, search terms, referring site, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this automatically using cookies, log files, pixels and similar technologies.
  • Information from others. Our payment, shipping and fraud-screening providers, and advertising and analytics partners, may give us information about you and your orders.

2. How we use your information

  • To process and ship your orders, take payments, issue invoices and confirmations, and handle returns, refunds and warranty requests.
  • To answer your questions and give you customer support.
  • To screen orders for fraud and risk, verify addresses and payment methods, and protect the Site.
  • To run, analyze and improve the Site, including search and fitment tools.
  • To send you marketing emails or texts about our products and offers, where the law allows and you have not opted out.
  • To show you ads for our products on other sites and platforms.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our Terms.

3. Who we share information with

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the Site and fill your orders, and only as needed for that purpose. They include:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments. Shopify's practices are described at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payment processors that handle your payment.
  • Shipping carriers and freight companies, and the manufacturers and distributors who ship orders directly to you, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver.
  • Search, fitment, email and analytics providers that help us run and improve the Site.
  • Advertising and sales-channel partners, such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, as described in section 4.

We may also share information to comply with the law, respond to a subpoena or other lawful request, protect our rights, prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your information for money.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. We use cookies and similar technologies, including pixels and tags, to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your preferences, measure how the Site is used, and show ads for our products.

  • Necessary cookies keep your cart, checkout and sign-in working. The Site does not work properly without them.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Shopify analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Advertising. We and our advertising partners use cookies and pixels to show you ads for our products on other websites and apps, based on your visits to our Site and your purchases. This may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws, such as California's. You can opt out as described in section 5.

Most browsers accept cookies by default, and you can change your browser settings to block or delete them. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the Site from working. To opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly, visit the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance. Because there is no consistent standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not change how we collect data when we receive one, but we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.

5. Your choices and rights

Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Order and service messages will still be sent.

Opting out of sale or sharing. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or contact us.

California and other state residents. If you live in California, or in another state whose law gives you these rights, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share, and request a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions, such as records we must keep for tax, warranty and fraud purposes;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email help@millaracing.com or call 610.400.3187. We will need to confirm your identity, usually by matching information you give us to our order records. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof that they are authorized.

Visitors outside the United States. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States. If you visit the Site from another country, your information will be handled in, and transferred to, the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may contact us to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fill orders, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, and to prevent fraud and resolve disputes. After that we delete it or remove identifying details, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and Shopify encrypts payment information in transit. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites, including manufacturers and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The updated version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
