With two distinct tones, SOUL’s Valved Exhaust offers a significant sound improvement over factory exhaust through a bespoke X-pipe muffler, anti-drone design features, and a 3″ valves open pathway. Valves open mode elicits a smooth, sporty GT3-like tone for an invigorating driving experience. The secondary valves closed flowpath also functions as a Helmholtz chamber to effectively reduce drone, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable driving experience. Coupled with our Valve Controller Kit, you can maintain optimal sound and performance throughout the rev range, unleashing the raw, unmistakable tone of the flat-six engine as you push it to its limits.

Due to the system’s advanced anti-drone design, it is not compatible with factory Over Axle Pipes. It must be installed alongside any of our Over Axle Pipes or other compatible aftermarket alternatives to ensure proper fitment and optimal performance.
DEVELOPMENT GOALS
- Improve upon the factory design and achieve a throatier / smoother / higher pitched tone.
- The original tubing diameter—less than 2¼ inches— restricts power output. Although this design helps meet sound regulations and simplifies manufacturing, it doesn’t maximize the performance capabilities of the GT4 RS.
- Increase the presence and character of the exhaust note in the cabin while maintaining a reasonable level of resonance / drone while driving in both the valves closed and open modes.
- Heighten aggressiveness with valves open while maintaining an overall sound level potential / quality that can still be reasonably driven on the street in combination with other complimentary aftermarket exhaust components.
- Offer the ability to notably reduce the sound level of the car outside to fly under the radar when necessary.
- Achieve an effective delta in sound between both modes for two usable, well engineered experiences – mild and wild.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
With valves open, our Valved Exhaust System follows a similar design to our Race Exhaust System through an X-Pipe that merges the exhaust flow for a higher pitched, smooth sound. With valves closed, the exhaust is routed through smaller piping and a bespoke SOUL muffler we designed to fit with the X-Pipe in the confined space above the rear diffuser and meet our sound goals. This muffler was crafted to match our high standard of drone fighting mufflers like the rest of our existing Boxster / Cayman line that we have become known for.
Internally this muffler is quite unique. It has little to no restriction in the flow path, using straight through piping that is perforated to allow exhaust gasses to escape and become muffled in the surrounding packing material of the muffler body. We incorporated a second internal X-pipe to allow the exhaust flow to merge smoothly. These characteristics combined were crucial towards reducing and smoothing out the drone in the 1,800-3,000rpm range while enhancing that higher pitched note we were after in both the valves closed and open conditions.
Helmholtz resonators further reduce drone for a more refined cabin experience for a bold tone with minimal drone.

Water jet cut brackets are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision
Fabricated using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as a heat sink during the welding process to prevent any warpage
EXHAUST TIP SELECTION
For those looking to maintain the factory appearance, this system can be used with OEM exhaust tips. However, the OEM tips feature a much smaller diameter inlet, requiring the system to be necked down, which introduces a restriction and reduces overall performance. To extract the most from your GT4 RS, we strongly recommend selecting our high-performance exhaust tips, designed to complement the full 3-inch system without any compromises. Choose between double wall tips or our Weissach style stainless steel tips.

All domestic orders will be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the customer’s credit card. In the event that the products need to be shipped to another address, Millaracing will verify the transaction with the customer by requesting a screenshot of our transaction on the customers online banking.
Millaracing strives to ship "In-Stock" orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order. Millaracing does not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. If you need your order by a specific date, it is important to contact us by phone so that we may assist you. All dates provided are based on estimates given by the supplier. Millaracing does not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change. All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Orders will not be shipped from our facility on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by Millaracing will be charged to the customer. Millaracing is not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information. All charges, sales, returns, and exchanges will be calculated in US dollars. Millaracing is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value. International customers are responsible for understanding their country's international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery unless otherwise noted by Millaracing. Millaracing is not responsible for these charges as we have no affiliation with tax systems set forth by international countries. If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, Millaracing will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. Millaracing will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.
Damaged/Missing Items in Shipment - If you've received a damaged product you MUST notify the Customer Service Department (CSD) of the shipping carrier (ex: UPS, FedEx) within twenty-one days to initiate a damaged package claim. It is required that you keep all of the packaging material, box(es) and broken product(s) until the shipping carrier completes the investigation. Failure to report damaged items from an order before forwarding, re-shipping or transferring the shipment to another location will result in immediate claim denial.
If you are missing any products from your order, you MUST notify the CSD within thirty days of receiving the items.
If you fail to report damaged and/or missing items in your shipment within the timeframe outline above, replacement products will not be shipped out under any circumstances. Failure to report missing items from an order before forwarding, re-shipping or transferring the shipment to another location will result in immediate claim denial.
Freight orders are excluded from this policy as it is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm that the goods are in new condition, without damage and that the order is complete before signing for the delivery.
Lost Packages: If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within three days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country's time requirement that has been set forth. FedEx can require from twenty-one to twenty-eight business days from the time the claim is started. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of Millaracing. Millaracing does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.
Millaracing will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.
